The WoodMaster W1630 works so efficiently by using the traditional natural flavour of smoke for barbecuing or smoking your meat. Operation of the WoodMaster is simple. First build your fire in the firebox adding enough wood to allow the fire to get hot and then start to smoulder allowing the thick smoke resulting from a slow fire to pass through the barbecue chamber cooking or smoking your meat. The large 5 inch thermometer, an air intake damper and a damper on the chimney allow you to control the amount of heat that you want in your barbecuing/smoking chamber. The WoodMaster W1630 is truly a trip to the tastes of years gone by.
